Service Terms and Conditions
1. 先期与旅游目的地省市的沟通,了解目的地旅游资源
Engagement with client province or destination cities to learn about local resources that destination can offer to international travelers.
2. 在充分了解客户的具体目标后评估双方合作团队的强弱项做出一年至三年的规划
After fully understanding the client objectives in the time span of one to three years, we will evaluate team profile and jointly define work procedures with client.
3. 服务机会分析,做出可行性报告
Evaluate overall opportunity, assess the deliverables and present our execution plan.
4. 踩线
On-site survey to understand client expectations at each region.
5. 如需要,做出具当地特色的旅游产品试点方案, 包括组建合作团队及其紧密的协调机制(友康与省市级文旅部门的市场,信息, 国外部等机构合作机制)。
Develop pilot programs upon request. Those programs will define, refine and produce leading local tourism products. Team to be formed between U-Com and destination’s cultural and tourism authorities (marketing, information and international sections, etc.)
6. 签署战略合作协议
Execute strategic agreement.
7. 合作协议包括每月简报,季度评估,年度评估报告等.
The agreement includes providing client with evaluation and report mechanism on monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
